Customization Zone
To clearly present our motor customization capabilities, we have divided the complete motor assembly into several key modules based on their functions and structures. Each module is identified in the 3D diagram below and can be independently designed, selected, and optimized according to your application requirements.
Mechanical customization options include gearbox type and mounting configuration, flange dimensions and mounting-hole patterns, front and rear end-cover designs, and output shaft configurations such as single-shaft, dual-shaft, and hollow-shaft designs. Shaft dimensions, tolerances, keyways, threads, and connection methods can also be customized. Each component can be optimized according to the available installation space, load conditions, operating environment, and assembly requirements.
Electrical and functional parameters can also be tailored, including rated voltage, speed, power, torque, control methods, communication interfaces, and the integration of encoders, Hall sensors, brakes, and other auxiliary components. Matching motor drivers and control systems are also available.
Our modular design approach allows different mechanical and electrical configurations to be combined flexibly while maintaining the required performance, reliability, and compatibility. Review the customization options for each key component below, and our engineering team will help you develop a complete motor solution based on your specific requirements.

Driver/Controller
As the control core of the motor system, the driver can be flexibly selected and configured to meet diverse application requirements. The system supports multiple drive types, including DC drivers and AC drivers, making it suitable for a wide range of applications with varying power supply conditions and control specifications.
In terms of control interfaces, the device supports multiple industrial communication protocols, such as RS‑485 and CAN, facilitating seamless integration with higher-level control systems. It also accommodates extensions to basic control functions, allowing the addition of switches, potentiometers, and other components to enable local manual operation and speed adjustment, thereby meeting operational requirements across diverse application environments.
The driver is available in both external and internal integration configurations. External drivers facilitate maintenance and system expansion, while the internal solution offers higher integration and a more compact form factor, making it ideal for applications with space constraints or stringent integration requirements.
In addition, the system supports a dual‑channel driver configuration, enabling simultaneous control of two motors or coordinated motion. Furthermore, it can be paired with remote controls, joysticks, or other control terminals to facilitate remote operation and human–machine interaction, making it well suited for mobile devices and multi‑axis collaborative applications.
